*There was a sub teaching so i had the upper hand when it came to calming down the class when they were loud.
*When I got to the classroom the kids were taking a vocab test.
-After words the sub reviewed the words that they just took a test on.
-In stead of the kids having reading time the sub and I decided that it would be more beneficial to the kids of they had time to work on there narrative leads assignment.

In summary as a observed and helped the kids I noticed the kids who were on track and those who were doing their work. Also, I was able to help them and the sub plan out the lesson for that day.

In summary, when I got to my placement the students were working on their narratives and then their environment projects. I went around the room and helped some students with punctuation, organization, and correctly forming sentences. Also, I helped one student for most of the time by finishing his narrative and then creating a slide show that went with his environmental project of hurricanes. We worked together to form questions like what are hurricanes, how do they form, and the climate of Central America.

When I got in the classroom the students were finishing their writing projects . First, they learned how to support their evidence. Also, they had to write about the character, their significance, and what they did in the story. After the students were finishing choosing their geography project and had to wright it down.

In summary, when I got into the classroom the students were all silent reading. I was able to conference with someone about their book called "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". When I helped other students. I assisted them in finding out who the characters are in their story and what the theme is.
